Chia Fruit Pudding

PREPARATION:

Squeeze the juiciness of the oranges and add to a container.

Mince the apple and add to the orange juice immediately to avoid oxidation.

Mince the other fruits and add to the mix.

Add chia seeds and check for consistency.

You want your chia pudding to be not too thick neither too light. Some chia seeds will expand more than others and after 5 minutes, you can see if the pudding is thick enough. Then, add more orange juice or more chia seeds to the desired consistency.

INGREDIENTS:

About 8 portions, 6 cups

1 lt. orange juice

1 diced apples

1 cup dice pineapple

12 strawberries in slices

1/4 cup raising

3/4 cup chia seeds

Notes:

Not sweet enough? If you are using local organic produce, more likely, the fruits you are using will be sweet enough for your preparation. Strawberries, apples and oranges that grow locally are not only more sweet, but are also easier to digest and much more nourishing, since they have been picked from the bush or tree at a time closer to their full ripeness.

Digestion issues when consuming Chia seed? Notice that chia seeds, as any other seeds can absorb water quickly, so when making your chia pudding, do not make it too dense. Also make sure to be properly hydrated so that you can digest the nourishing elements better. Have awareness that most allergies are caused by a not properly hydrated body. So drink your water, and add some good positive thoughts and vibrations to it.
