All is related…. one of the facts about teaching rejuvenation, and you might think, what this has to do with cooking? Is in the embodiment of consistently allowing to change. That is why my body n vibrancy stays young, that is why I can create unlimited compositions in the kitchen, that is why I can guide people into “astral projections and meditation” and compose a different universe/trip for the each time, that is why I can curate unique experiences for each human that I serve….I allow myself “to flow”, to tap into the “unlimited abundance” or “universal consciousness” that this reality “nature” has to offer.

The art of living … is about variety… as nature does.

I build relationships with local farmers and I love that I have been growing my own produce since 2012, became proficient about growing foods in different climates and have curated culinary farm to table experiences for many years.

Art is: Preparing the food, eating it, preparing the dinner table, while serving the food, when shopping the ingredients, when connecting with market people, when meeting the farmers.
