My cuisine's flavors, textures and aromas are a reflection of aligning with nature's frequencies, as tapping in the succulent shapes of fruits and vegetables, the grounding and powerful energies of grains and meats.
My cuisine could be labeled as healthy, creative and fusion, but when you connect deeply with nature's vibrancies and creative forces, it becomes as well into a culinary service that aims the optimization of human performance.

All is related, One of the interesting facts about being a catalyst for wellness and transformation, and you might think, what this has to do with cooking?
Is the diversity, as in nature itself, that transpires us into the things we do.
Being or embodying aligning energy for consistently allowing change in others, does not differ much as the inspiring energy that flows while being consistently creative in the kitchen, same as when guiding people into “astral projections and meditation” and compose a different universe/trip for the each time, also is a similar energy when curating unique experiences for each human that I serve, or when dancing and moving the body, literally, in unlimited ways, I allow myself “to flow”, to tap into the “unlimited abundance” or “universal consciousness” that this the reality “nature” has to offer.
The art of living … is about diversity… as nature does.
Better from the Farm… much better if You Grow It
I build relationships with local farmers and I love that I have been growing my own produce since 2012, became proficient about growing foods in different climates and have curated culinary farm to table experiences for many years.

Rainbow Avocado. With raw dehydrated “taco neat”(made with root veggies, peppers, garlic and herbs), chipotle-orange-dried fruit Mexican mole sauce, fresh herbs and flowers from the garden.

Dragon Skin. (Raw Dessert) A curvy and sexy crust made some of my fav ingredients. Made from pop amaranth, raw chocolate with Indi flavors made from scratch, raw honey and coffee from a small farm in Mexico, this last one not my fav but making peace with the strong effect can have in me, when rarely have it, appreciating its dark magic. And fillet with the controversial and disgustingly delicious durian and roasted sesame seeds.
