Energizer Smoothie

Portions: 4 cups

Requires: A Vitamix or regular blender, knife, cutting board.

Ingredients:

1/2 beet or 1/2 chopped cup

1 cup mix berries

2 ripe bananas

1 mango or any creamy fruit (1/2 avocado, 2 sapote or 2 persimmons)

2 cups of orange juice 

Instructions:

Blend until smooth
