MANGO GAZPACHO
Summer cold soup
4 portions
Ingredients & Preparation
Add to a bowl:
1 cup mango slices
1 cup diced pineapple
2 cup peeled diced tomatoes
1 TBSP fresh oregano or marjoram or 1 TSP dried oregano
½ fine sliced cucumber
Food processor: Until smooth
1 peeled medium carrots
2 celery stalks
1 peeled and seedless cucumber
½ red belle pepper
1 cup orange juice
1 TBSP minced ginger
2 garlic cloves
½ minced serrano chile
2 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cumin
Mix and serve in a small container
add fresh herbs or edible flower
