That Most Overachievers Can’t See
Ego can blindside us from an overall view of our lives. Being someone accomplished in some areas of our lives can be simply delicious, but having a balance with all areas of our self, is the next level of magnetic harmonic resonance. Let's keep our mind open for improvement, if any of these areas listed below resonate with you, try not to ignore them. The people and the energy that will catalyze those changes and expansion are always closer than you think.
And YES I mean me :) It is my life's purpose to unite, harmonize and balance the equation. I have been practicing “the art of connection” since childhood, and it is beyond a skill or expertise. It is simply my nature, like dancing.
They ignore their emotions that serve as guidance and/or their body's physical symptoms
And even if they acknowledge them, along with the emotion that comes with it, they fall into a circle of stagnant energy that does not allow them to overcome the repetitive patterns, triggers also called, that brings them to those lower physical stages, emotional discord or ongoing situations consistently. Overall, we all humans have depressive and physical problems, but when they become consistent, they become a syndrome or a chronic disease.
Believing that focusing on one aspect of the self will lead to their balance
If not a holistic approach, not just the body, not just the mind, not just the emotions or the spirit, all our aspects are integrated one with the other. Usually focusing mostly on only one helps to temporarily fade the lack of balance, to quickly fall again into the same pattern of discord.
Often not ask for support and when they do, often use their mind and logic to find help
Consequently, finding a mediocre therapist or coach. Usually the mind chooses the help that matches their current state of vibration, although the soul often finds its way among the ones that actually can help you achieve the most sustainable and organic ways to their balance. But blinded by the mind, or current beliefs, those opportunities pass in front of them. This is a common pattern among those who want to overcome something. They desire to change, but their point of attraction leads them towards the same situation.
Wait too long to take care of the problem.
The longer they take, the harder it is to break from the patterns.
They believe undoubtedly that it is very difficult to find their balance, or simply not even consider to change.
They will rather choose radical approaches than sustainable ones to overcome situations. When offered simple but effective ways to achieve that harmony, their mind will discard it, simply because the mind learned through achieving by breaking through and having it difficult, although in nature, all takes time and is a flow of creation, only the separation from their essence is the reason for those types of preferences.
Air becomes thinner when not opening to changes
That is how the sum of all their fears becomes reality. Unable to find their balance, through time reality unfolds into more serious health issues or relationship discords. The air becomes more rare in between those moments to reach out towards the surface for a life force mouth of fresh air, as the ideas, they become more hazy.
