Welcome to my homeland! And welcome to a destination for amazing cuisine and a paradise for those who like to cook and travel. I had to start this new chapter in the place that inspired most of my love for nature and the mystery of life. Lima, where you’ll be tantalized with flavors, emotions and unique places that holds a special energy for me.
How do things flow in Peru?
Deliciously unexpected. Lima is multi-diverse city and offers and huge range of options to choose from, one day we could be having breakfast with fruits from the rain forest and home made tamales near the beach, a sustainable morning meal after a night of folkloric dances, but by lunch time, we’ll be 13,000 feet high in the mountains soaking our feet in a turquoise water lagoon, eating the biggest corn you ever had while the Andean music compose the rhythms of nature and your soul.
We’ll make fresh ceviche, more likely in a boat, visit a national reserve and fly the Nazca lines by sunset. Be ready for colored mountains, green valleys, pristine rivers, colorful land and people, countless smiles and a million hugs.
Lima Aha Experience Details
June 9th to 16th
Arrive to Lima on Thursday theth. We’ll get you from the airport, you’ll settle, meet your family for days to come, refresh, rest, indulge in home made foods and next day and every day in Lima we’ll explore the culture, art and history. We will treasure beautiful connections and create once or twice a day a magnificent feast. You’ll experience how to set the energy for an intuitive cooking experience. We’ll visit some of the popular landmarks but the main focus will be on unique spots, hidden spaces with the sweetest people not well known by tourists. We’ll visit local markets to get unique produce and then transform it into luscious preparations. Lima is a city that evokes surprises. I have lived in this city for a long time, visiting all the way from the touristic center of the city to the little towns along the coast and toward the mountains. I am ready to compose this experience for you not just to create memories that last, but to shine your perception even more. As the moments and experiences come together, you recognize how that state of presence influence in your mood, a mix of serenity and excitement, those aha moments come at ease, there is only going forward and experience more.

Cusco and Sacred Valley Aha Experience Details
June 24th to 31st
You should be arriving to Lima at least the day before on the 23rd we’ll pick you from airport and host you for that night, unless you booked for both locations. On Wednesday the 19th, we fly to Cusco. We’ll have one day of chilliness and adaptation to the altitude while we treat ourselves with local herbs and cozy stews and soups. Energy up, breath work for those who like to flow. Ready to rock, we’ll visit the first days the city, immerse in local culture, visit places of interest with a stunning vibrancy, eat foods made with love from local family, scan the local markets, gather products and indulge in our creations. During the days in Cusco and Sacred Valley, we’ll amplify our sense of wonder with the dramatic views of the land, dreamy places and place of artistic interest.
