The Wu Wei & Energy Flows
Wu Wei, a central concept in Taoism, can be understood as action through non-action or effortless action, aligning with the natural flow of life. When applied to self-love, it suggests that striving for self-love through effort can be counterproductive. Instead, Wu Wei encourages acceptance, mindfulness, and allowing self-love to naturally arise.
I started learning martial arts, mentalism, mediation and Chinese philosophy since my teen years. One of the development of this combination, along attuning with nature was the creation of “energy flows”. Energy flow practices is the base to control our energy output, to have harmony with our emotions and consequently a healthy psychic, clear communication with our inner guidance and a natural love for life and the self.
Nature generates life and a healthy human provides life as well, and it does totally related to our sexual health.
