VEGGIE DIP
INGREDIENTS:
Utensils: Cutting board, knife, mandoline, bowl
One batch of almond mayo
1 medium cabbage in thin slices
2 TBSP mustard
1 TBSP sesame oil
2 stalks minced celery
5 stems minced parsley
Preparation:
First, make your almond mayonnaise and add a couple extra spoonfuls of mustard. Shred the cabbage fine, do not use the center of the cabbage. Then, mince parsley and celery and mix.
