PURPLE RAIN & LEMON

Raw Pie

 

Crust

2 cup Almonds 

10 pitted Dates 

½ of Lemon Zest 

1 whole Orange Zest 

Salt

cayenne pepper 

 

Place all ingredients on food processor, and mold using a couple sheets of plastic into desire base for this pie.

 

Lemon cream 

1 young coconut meat

10 pitted dates

¾ cup cashews 

¾ cup lemon juice

¼ cup coconut oil

1/8 tsp sea salt

 

Blend until creamy and place in a container. 

 

Banana chocolate fudge 

½ cup coconut oil

1/8 tsp sea salt

½ cup raw cacao powder

10 dates 

3 bananas

 

Melt coconut and mix with salt and cacao powder

place in a container

Add bananas to a blender and blend until creamy

add pitted dated to banana and blend until smooth using plunger if you have a vitamix

Mix all together until fudge looking mix 

place in a bowl 

 

Garnish 

Dill flowers, lemon thyme flowers, lemon thyme leaves, marjoram leafs.

Assembly

With a cake decorative mold, add banana chocolate fudge all around the outer edge of the crust. 

Fill the center with lemon cream and garnish with flowers and thin slices of lemon. 

Refrigerate for one hour and enjoy.
